Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute the legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and p77p ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the p77p online casino and sports betting services available at p77p.bio. 2. Account Registration and KYC

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p77p are conducted exclusively through approved local payment methods. p77p does not accept cash deposits or international wire transfers. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. p77p reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds with notice posted on the platform.
• Deposits are credited to your p77p wallet balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. p77p is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless expressly approved otherwise by p77p support. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund movement.

• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings will be credited as bonus funds, not as real money.
• No bonus may be used in combination with another bonus unless explicitly permitted in the individual promotion terms. The use of bonuses is limited to one bonus per qualifying deposit per player.

5. Responsible Gaming

The p77p brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of p77p. Unauthorised use of any p77p trademark in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or in promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p77p's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows.

• p77p is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage suffered by a player, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• p77p does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
